• Please request a commission through the commission form (FORM IS DOWN BELOW).
• If you would like to commission a particular type of artwork/design work that's not listed you can contact her for work enquiry.

Artwork discussion → Price quote given → Payment made → Draft/Sketch stage → Approval → Rendering starts → Preview → Approval → Final payment → Finalised.✦ PAYMENT INFORMATION
• Payment is made with Paypal and QRIS through invoice.
• Payment must be made upfront before she make any progress.
• Payment plan can be discussed if preferred (50% Upfront (sketch) + 50%(final)).
• NO REFUNDS ONCE PAYMENT IS MADE.✦ DEADLINES, REVISIONS & CANCELLATION
• Revisions depend on the catalog provided.
• Deadlines also depends on the catalog provided and her working hours (she’s only human, so please be understanding T_T).
• Cancellations are ACCEPTED as long as you notify her BEFORE she start working on the commission aka before you pay the 50% upfront sketch (so please think it carefully).

• Do NOT put the artwork into any AI engine, including sketches or color stages.
• Do NOT use the artwork for NFTs or blockchain-related projects.
• Do NOT resell, change, redistribute, or claim the artwork as your own.
• Please do not reupload her artwork on any other site without permission and proper credit.
• Violating this will result in possible LEGAL ACTION.✦ PERSONAL USE
The artwork can be shared/posted for profile pictures/covers in your personal page but cannot be used for profit.✦ COMMERCIAL USE
If the commission's goal is to create products/ promotional materials to make money, whether they're digital or physical (such a things like assets, branding, website stuff, book covers,etc.) this counts as commercial use. There will be an extra fee for commercial use, sooo... contact her and discuss the price together.✦ CREDIT & WATERMARK
• Watermark will be on every personal use artwork.
• You may repost and share the artwork ONLY with credit@yoeashe.
• She may share the commission on social media unless stated otherwise.
• Also she cannot redo the commission if it gets damaged or lost.✦ IMPORTANT NOTICE
• By commissioning her, you've agreed & understood all the terms and conditions written.
• If you were found violating the terms written, LEGAL ACTION WILL BE TAKEN.
• Please save your commission once it’s received as it will be deleted to free up storage space.
